The difference is that NOD32 is the most expensive security suite out there while zonealarm is cheap (street value). I scanned my computer and it found a virus no other anti-virus had found. The only reason I give it a 4-star is that in CR testing, they rated the anti-virus low. So, I'm still not sure as far as long term use. However, the computer works so fast with this suite and I know the firewall has traditionally been among the best, so it's the anti-virus the part in doubt. You can download the 2010 version and the key for 2009 will work for you. I've had trend micro, kaspersky, and bitdefender; my computer became infected with any of them, so why not try this one which works faster?
