Depending on the bandwidth available at your location we will be able to quickly and effectively diagnose your Internet security issue and provide a comprehensive solution. Although some advanced issues may require additional support at your location we will provide our very best effort to resolve your issue over the Internet without additional support responses.

Pricing structure for remote support

Note: Initial connection fee must be paid prior to our connectivity to your consumer or business network

Initial connection and first hour support (most basic issues resolved) = $25

Additional support hourly rate (advanced issues) = $30 per hour

All work performed must have an accompanying Liability Indemnity Waiver signed prior to connectivity.
