How do I delete my Vista internet security?

I use mcafee internet security and my windows vista internet security keeps popping up also. How can I get rid of that, it says it is off but it still keeps coming up.

    This can be done by choosing Start -> Control Panels -> Security Center. Then click on the “Firewall” option, click on “Recommendations”, and, finally, check off the option “I have a firewall solution that I’ll monitor myself”. Verify that’s what you really want to do and you should never see that pesky Windows Security Alert message again.

    Something like that…….
