how do you get your facebook account back if you fell victim to the .be phishing site?

I can’t get into my facebook, but apparentlly all my facebook friends are having “look at this” emails sent to them with .be websites that are actually phishing sites. I’m concerned about identity theft, but don’t have too much personal information on facebook. But what do I do now to fix this problem and get my facebook back?

Like when I double click on the internet explorer, I get this Internet security page any tells me that I need to buy virus protection like virus heal, Antispyware sheild, Antivirus Gold, and Malaware Burn.

Will there be any clashes between Bitdefender Anti-phishing and McAfee SiteAdvisor?

I am using Bitdefender Anti-Virus 2009, and there is Anti-phising with it for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. My main browser is Mozilla Firefox. Bitdefender anti-phishing is active in Firefox, for more security I downloaded and Installed McAfee SiteAdvisor. Will there be any clash between them?
